Frequently Asked Questions

How do I make a payment?
 - Payments can be made three ways.  Through our website, we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Paypal, and GPay.  Outside of our website through Venmo or Paypal @SweetBsCatering.  And lastly, to the ECA office with check or cash.

Can I order same day?
 - Absolutely.  We understand that life isn't always predictable.  However, if you place an order after 8am, please let the ECA office know so your student's lunch isn't delayed.

What if my child gets sick?
 - Please reach out!  We ask that you let us know before we begin preparing lunch at 10am.  An email to cateringbybrittany@gmail.com or a call to the office would be much appreciated.  We are happy to refund your lunch or place a credit on your student's account.

How do I cancel a lunch?
 - Send us an email to cateringbybrittany@gmail.com and we will be happy to take care of that for you.

Can I cancel a same day lunch?

- Yep! We ask that you let us know before we begin our final prep at 10 am.  An email to cateringbybrittany@gmail.com or a call to the office would be much appreciated for last minute cancellations.  We are happy to refund your lunch or place a credit on your student's account.

What is an account credit?

- To prevent additional fees, we have opted to provide refunds in the form of a unique Discount Code that can be used only by you.  It is associated with your lunch account and will be the same code all year long unless you request a change.

How can I use an account credit?
 - Account credits or unique Discount Codes are entered toward the end of the checkout process.

What if I want a refund instead of a credit?

- We would be happy to send a refund in the form of a check.  Please just let us know via email at cateringbybrittany@gmail.com and we will reply promptly.

What happens to my account credit at the end of the school year?

- Your full account balance will be available for your use the following school year.  We are also happy to send a check, if you prefer.

I have multiple students, how are Account Credits handled?

- When a family has multiple students, we combine credits under a single discount code.  This discount code is typically associated with the oldest student at ECA and may be used for either student by the account holder.
